Code of Ethics


Cis has adopted the Code of Ethics and the Model of organization, management and control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in order to identify the Consortium's ethical and moral standards and the lines of conduct that must be respected by all levels of the organization in planning the activities necessary to achieve the company's objectives. At the same time, the Consortium's responsibilities and appropriate sanctions are identified to prevent the commission of offences referred to in the regulations.
