Disclosure pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current national legislation


1. General information


The undersigned Consortium (Consorzio Italia Servizi – permanent Consortium - with registered office in Rome, Piazza del Popolo, 18 and below also for brevity "Company" or "CIS" communicates that, for the purposes indicated in this statement, will be in possession of some personal data also through the resume.

We remind you that no sensitive data are required, i.e. personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life.

If these data are still present, they will be processed only if required by specific laws and on the basis of current authorizations of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data. In this case, we ask you to send us express written consent for the processing of such data that otherwise will not be processed and considered. We also invite you to read the privacy policy of the website.


2. Purpose

The data may be processed by CIS:
A. in order to select personnel for this purpose, the processing may also take place without the consent of the person concerned
B. if you wish to be employed by a company of the CIS consortium based in Europe that is not directly CIS, in order to communicate (with your express consent) and after evaluation of CIS, the data to these companies so that they can independently make the selection referred to in the subject;
C. to fulfil an obligation provided for by law, regulation or Community legislation and for legitimate interests such as that of asserting or defending a right of CIS in the appropriate fora.


3. Obligatory contribution

With regard to the purposes referred to in point 2 letter A of this statement, the provision of data marked with an asterisk is optional but essential to be able to consider your application and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may result in the impossibility for the undersigned Company to consider the application itself. The provision of other data is optional and failure to provide such data will have no consequences other than that, of course, of not being able to take into account the data not provided, which may, however, prove useful. With regard to the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 letter B of this statement, the provision of data marked with an asterisk is optional but essential to be able to propose your application to the companies of the CIS consortium that is not directly CIS and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the undersigned company to propose the application to these companies. The provision of other data is optional and failure to provide such data will have no consequences other than that, of course, of not being able to take into account the data not provided, which may, however, prove useful. Therefore, failure to give consent for this purpose will not preclude selection for CIS, but will preclude communication to other consortium companies that are not directly CIS. With regard to the purposes referred to in point 2 letter C of this statement, the provision of personal data and contact details as well as other data that may be requested later for these purposes, is necessary and failure to provide them will make it impossible to take into account your application. Please note that for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter C of this information, the treatment may also be without the consent of the person concerned.


4. Categories of data recipients

The data for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter A of this statement will not be disclosed to third parties by CIS. The data for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter B of this statement, may be communicated to the companies referred to in point in question. The data for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter C of this statement may be communicated by CIS to public bodies, judicial authorities and police, lawyers/legal advisors, post offices and shippers/carriers (for any need to send communications). CIS may communicate only the data essential to the pursuit of each individual and specific activity provided for in this information notice. All the subjects delegated by the Company (managers, administrative staff, legal department staff, internal auditors, members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, information systems staff, including those external to the Company, who may also carry out the tasks of system administrators, collaborators of internal and external data processors, interns, packaging and shipping personnel, including those external to the Company, consultants, including those external to the Company, who nevertheless act under the direct authority of the Company, such as IT technicians - who may also perform the duties of system administrators -, legal consultants, quality consultants, internal auditors) and the internal and external data processors (e.g. companies of packaging and shipping, computer outsourcers that store data in their servers or perform maintenance of computer systems and more generally consulting companies that perform activities instrumental to those of CIS) may also have access to the data on behalf of CIS, each for their own role.


5. Data retention

The data will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes contained in this statement.

The data retention period is as follows

  • for obligations of law, regulations and community regulations, the data may be retained for periods imposed by such normative sources;
  • for the purposes of point 2 letter A of this information, the data may be stored for 3 years;
  • for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter B of this statement, the data may be kept until revocation of consent or request for cancellation.

In any case, all data may be retained for a period necessary to enforce or defend a company right under Italian and European law.


6. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

7. Rights

We inform you that the GDPR provides the possibility for the data subject to request from the Data Controller (at the addresses indicated above) access to the personal data and the rectification or erasure of the data or the restriction of the processing that concerns him or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability, as well as other rights contained in Chapter 3 of the GDPR including the right to revoke consent, where applicable: the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to revocation.


8. Complaints

9. Legal basis

The legal basis is the legal obligations (Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Austrian, French, Belgian and European laws) and the legitimate interests of the holder in the customer-supplier relationship. Furthermore, for the purposes for which consent is required, the legal basis is consent itself.


10. Methods of treatment

The data may be processed by the Company in paper, manual, computer and telematic form (therefore storing and processing the data on both paper and computer). All the data referred to in the object will be kept and processed by the Company, adopting all the measures necessary for their protection, in compliance with all the regulations in force (and therefore also in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights) and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in this statement. Only the operations necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this information will be carried out on the data. The data will be kept, as far as the Company is concerned, at the Company's offices and by the data processors appointed by the Company (as well as by the third parties indicated in this information note to whom the data are communicated and who will process them as independent data controllers). The data will also be organized into databases - also computer databases.


Please note. Consent can only be given by persons over 16 years of age, so if the person concerned is under 16 years of age will not be able to benefit from what is provided in the purposes for which consent is required (e.g. registration).
